Your right as a consumer

If you purchase a coaching engagement or hire from Bridge Performance as a private individual (consumer), you have the right, under EU distance-selling rules, to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason. This cooling-off period is 14 calendar days.

Please note: if the service has already started within the cooling-off period at your explicit request, the right of withdrawal lapses in proportion to the service already delivered.

Coaching (tailored engagements)

Cooling-off period: 14 days after confirmation of the engagement
If coaching started earlier at your request, the right of withdrawal lapses proportionally (you pay for the sessions already enjoyed)

Hiring a professional partner

Cooling-off period: 14 days after confirmation of the booking, provided the booking takes place more than 14 days after confirmation
If confirmed less than 14 days before the tournament date, the cancellation policy in the Terms & Conditions (Article 7) applies

How do you exercise your right of withdrawal?

Send a clear written notice to info@bridgeperformance.nl, or use the model form below. You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours. Bridge Performance will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used to pay.
